The third static model contest at the Novegro Exhibition Park. In association with the most important Italian modeling realities, Novegro Model Contest is a contest open to all categories: Aircraft models, Aircraft dioramas, Fantasy, Figurines, Military vehicles, Military Dioramas, Plastic Ships, Wood ships, Sci-Fi, Civil Vehicles, Civil Dioramas, Warhammer, WIP (Work in Progress), Juniores.
Entrance for visitors is free after registering on Eventbrite or directly at the fair.

What will there be at the fair?
The Novegro Model Contest static modelling exhibition returns on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 April in Pavilion D of Parco Esposizioni Novegro!
The event, now in its fourth edition, is organised in collaboration with IPMS Legnano, Crazy Modelers – Centro IPMS Milano Nord, Modeldiscount and Modellismo Più.

FREMO Italia – Try the modular model railway!
Do you want to play with a modular model railway and learn all the tricks of the experts to make a spectacular one?
At Novegro Model Contest, both Saturday and Sunday, the staff of the FREMO Italia association will let you interact with their modular model railway and answer all your questions about the standard rules and modus operandi for this type of railway modelling.
Contest’s jury

Special contests
As always, Novegro Model Contest will also feature special contests in addition to the standard competition categories:
- Rotating Wing: military and civil helicopters in all scales
- Audi Sport: racing models of the German car manufacturer from 1980 to the present day
- Origin HG: Gundam The origin
- Vietnam War (1965 – 1975): 30 April 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the end of the conflict
Discover all 3D print’s secret
With 3D printing applied to modelling you can achieve amazing results!
That’s why at Novegro Model Contest, on all days of Saturday and Sunday, you will be able to watch an expert technician of this technique in action, who will show you the enormous potential of this type of printing.
The demonstration will take place in front of the Modellismo Più stand.
Modelland: free traditional sculpture, 3D sculpture and ship modelling demos
Novegro Model Contest, as usual, will also be a great opportunity to learn all the tricks of the trade to become an expert model maker!
At the Modelland.it stand, you will be able to attend several free demonstrations:
- traditional polymer sculpture (by Elisabetta Visentini, all day Saturday and Sunday)
- 3D sculpture (by Giulio Pennella, all day Saturday and Sunday)
- 3D sculpture (by Mary Di Primio, all day Saturday and Sunday)
- ship modelling 1:700 (by Francesco Francesco Dapinguente, on Sunday only)
Learn all secrets about ageing in modelling!
Vehicle ageing in modelling is essential if you want to achieve a great result!
If you want to learn more about this fascinating painting technique, on Sunday 13 April, all day in front of the Modellismo Più stand, don’t miss the demonstration of ageing an aircraft by Fabio Fabio Besani!
The modeller, using AMMO by MIG Jimenez products, will give you all the cues you need to take it to the next level!
