Militalia returns to Parco Esposizioni Novegro on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November for its 76th edition!

This year, the event will take place for the first time in Pavilion A and in the outdoor area of Parco Esposizioni Novegro, with a vast exhibition of ASG air weapons, optics, accessories, technical clothing and much more.

In addition, you can put yourself to the test with practical outdoor shooting activities (suitable for young and old) designed to hone your skills in the field.

Storia Viva, the Historical Reenactment Festival hosted in Pavilion D of Militalia at Parco Esposizioni Novegro on Saturday 1 November and Sunday 2 November, will feature numerous associations and activities that will immerse you in the past.

You will find reenactors specialized in different eras, including:

• Ancient Romans
• Celts
• Vikings
• Middle Ages
• Historical Fencing
• Napoleonic Era
• Italian Risorgimento

There will also be various activities and initiatives for vistors of all ages, such as:

• Archery demonstrations
• Educational displays to discover the secrets of past civilizations
• Exhibitors with armor, jewelry, and other reenactment accessories
• Craft beer, mead, arrosticini, corn on the cob
• Much more

It will be a weekend full of culture, history, and fun: a true celebration for enthusiasts, young visitors, and for those who simply wish to step into a time machine just a few minutes from Milan!

In Pavilion C of Militalia, an area entirely dedicated to the world of artisan and professional cutlery awaits you: from collectible creations to models for hunting, bushcrafting and technical use.

A unique opportunity to meet master knife makers, enthusiasts and experts in the field!

The 76th edition of Militalia will dedicate a thematic exhibition to the Teulié Military School in Milan and the history of the Armed Forces’ training institutes.

Specifically, documents, objects and uniforms relating to the Milanese educational institution will be on display in the centre of Pavilion C, retracing all the main stages since its foundation.

The school is dedicated to General Pietro Teulié, who, as Minister of War during the transition from the Cisalpine Republic to the Napoleonic Italian Republic, worked to establish a military orphanage in the school’s current location in Milan, on Corso Italia.

Founded on 15 January 1802, the school is the oldest Napoleonic institution still in existence.

Despite the very long period since its creation, about 200 years, due to a series of events, including closures and reopenings, its activity lasted for a total of about sixty years.

In the midst of the Napoleonic period, the intentions of Teulié, who had meanwhile resigned from his position as Minister, were nevertheless gradually realised, combining the care of invalids, veterans and orphans with the hospitality of the children of serving military personnel.

Do you want to know what it feels like to pilot a military aircraft?

At Militalia, you can satisfy your curiosity with the Mecatron flight simulator from Guardia di Finanza, which you will find in Pavilion C!

The simulator’s circular cabin can accommodate two passengers in comfortable seats before taking them on a simulated flight, kicking off a spectacular immersive virtual journey.

After fastening your seatbelts, the simulation takes place through the projection of a video inside the cabin, with the seats moving in sync with the movements in the film. There are numerous videos available, and it is possible to customise the interactive experience with ever-changing content.

Thanks to its versatility, it has been used in a variety of fields and has served multiple purposes, from entertainment to education.

Only with training, a desire to have fun and competition can you become better at airsoft!

That’s why the National Airsoft Exhibition (Pavilion A of Militalia) will host initiatives where you will be the star:

ITALIAN CQB SHOOTING COMPETITION

At the FIGT-ASNWG Italian Tactical Games Federation area, you can take part in the Italian Cup CQB Shooting Competition organised by G&G Armament, Camphoenix Softairdromo, Jolly Softair, Last Shot Production and content creator @bull_tac.

Participants will compete in a timed static target shooting session with 50 shots available.

Those with the best times will be selected for a further competition at Camphoenix Softairdromo, with the aim of qualifying for an international tournament.

The CQB area will remain open on both Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November from 10:00 to 18:00.

To participate, you must be at least 14 years old, register at the fair with a special ticket and be a member of FIGT (you can also register on site).

SHOOTING RANGE WITH DIGITAL SCREEN

The exhibitor Freeshot will set up a stationary shooting range with a digital screen: visitors will be able to compete against each other with an electronic system that calculates both their accuracy and the time it takes them to reach a certain score.

The winner will receive a surprise!

To participate, you must pay a registration fee, and the shooting range will remain open for the entire duration of the fair.
